Connect VibeBeats to any speaker

VibeBeats streams from any phone, tablet or computer, so it works with any speaker that accepts Bluetooth, AirPlay, Chromecast or a line-in cable.

Amazon Alexa / Echo: yes, you can play VibeBeats through your Alexa speaker. Say "Alexa, pair Bluetooth." Then on the phone or tablet running VibeBeats, open Settings → Bluetooth, select your Amazon Echo, open VibeBeats and start playing music. VibeBeats will then play through your Alexa/Echo speaker. Once it's paired, next time you can simply say "Alexa, connect Bluetooth."

Sonos: pair over Bluetooth on Era 100/300, Roam or Move; use AirPlay 2 from an iPhone or iPad on any AirPlay 2 Sonos speaker; or run a cable into the line-in on a Sonos Amp, Port or Five and select Line-In in the Sonos app. Line-in is the most reliable option for a permanent venue install because it can be grouped to every zone.

Apple HomePod and AirPlay: put the device and speaker on the same Wi-Fi network, swipe into Control Centre, tap the AirPlay icon, choose your speaker, then press play in VibeBeats.

Google Nest and Chromecast: tap the Cast icon in Chrome or on Android and pick your speaker, or say "Hey Google, Bluetooth pairing" and connect from Settings → Bluetooth on the VibeBeats device.

Bose, JBL and other Bluetooth speakers: hold the speaker's pairing button until it announces pairing mode, then select it under Settings → Bluetooth on the phone or tablet running VibeBeats.

Your existing venue sound system: run a 3.5 mm or USB-C to RCA/AUX cable from the tablet into a spare input on your amplifier or mixer, set the device volume near maximum and control the room level at the amp. A dedicated tablet on charge, wired into the amp, is how most cafés, gyms and retail chains run VibeBeats.

Troubleshooting: if audio still comes from the tablet, reconnect Bluetooth then pause and press play again so the audio re-routes. If playback cuts out, move closer than roughly 10 metres or switch to line-in or AirPlay. If the internet drops, the mobile app keeps playing cached playlists offline and re-syncs when you're back online.
