Your Venue, Your Vibes

Product Update: You can now copy any vibe in VibeBeats and make it yours. Rename it, change the artwork, add more songs, drag tracks into a new order and remove the ones that miss the mark. Your vibes live under the new My Vibes tab and are shared across every venue on your account. VibeBeats is direct-licensed background music for cafés, restaurants, bars, gyms, retail stores, salons, spas, clinics and hotels. No music licensing/PRO fees (*No OneMusic, ASCAP, BMI, PPL PRS or SOCAN licence needed for VibeBeats music.) Other music sources may still require licensing. The AI DJ reshapes each playlist through the trading day.

Over the past few months, pilates and gym instructors kept telling us the same thing: "I love this playlist, but I want to save it and come back to it." "Can I take out the two songs that don't suit my class?" "I want to build my own list."

Fair asks. Every room is different, and the person running the class or the floor knows their crowd better than anyone. So today we're rolling out My Vibes: your venue, your vibes.

What's new

The Copy icon sits next to the heart on every vibe. The new My Vibes tab lives right next to New, Featured and All.

• Copy any vibe. Tap the Copy icon on any vibe and every track comes across to your own version. • Make it look like yours. Give it a new name and swap the artwork for your own image. • Edit the tracklist. Add more songs, drag tracks to reorder them, and remove anything that doesn't fit. • One set of vibes for your whole business. My Vibes are shared across all your venues, so every site can play the same list.

How to make a vibe your own

Tap the Copy icon

Open any vibe you like. In the top-right corner of the artwork, next to the heart, you'll see the Copy icon. Tap it.

Name it and change the image

All tracks come across. You just pick the name and image. Rename it or change the image whenever you like.

The Copy Vibe sheet opens: "Make your own version for your business. All tracks are copied." Give it a name (it starts as "Copy of…"), tap Change image if you want your own artwork, then tap Save.

Changed your mind later? Tap Name & image at any time to rename it or swap the photo. Yes, the studio cat counts as artwork.

Add, reorder and remove tracks

Drag to reorder, bin to remove, + Add tracks for more.

Now make the tracklist yours:

• Tap + Add tracks to add more songs. • Drag the handle beside a track to move it up or down. • Tap the bin icon to remove a track that misses the mark. • Tap Done when you're happy.

Find it under My Vibes, at every venue

Your new vibe is saved under Vibes → My Vibes. It's shared across all your venues, so the version you set up at one site is ready to play at the others.

Who it's for

• Pilates, yoga and gym instructors: save the list that works for your class, take out the tracks that break the flow, and come back to it next week. (Need ideas? See our pilates and yoga playlist guide.) • Multi-venue businesses: set up a vibe once and every venue shares it, so the soundtrack stays on brand from one site to the next. • Cafes and restaurants: keep a calm version for the morning, a busier one for lunch and a slower one for dinner, each tuned to your room. • Salons, spas and clinics: strip out anything too energetic for treatment rooms or waiting areas, and keep the vibe your clients expect.

FAQ

Does copying a vibe change the original? No. Copying makes your own version for your business. The original stays in the Vibes library as it was.

Are my vibes shared across all my venues? Yes. Vibes in My Vibes are shared across all the venues on your account.

Can I delete a vibe I've made? Yes. Open your vibe and tap Delete vibe.

What if I can't find the vibe I want to start from? Use Request a Vibe at the bottom of the My Vibes tab. Tell us the vibe you're after and we'll build it.
